Salary / Honorarium

- Only honorarium is payable as fixed by Assam State Legal Services Authority
- Current Honorarium: ₹750 per day
Nature of Work & Responsibilities
Para Legal Volunteers will act as a bridge between common people and DLSA. Duties include:
- Assisting in Legal Awareness Programmes
- Organizing Legal Services Camps
- Home visits to victims and under-trial prisoners
- Assisting in implementation of various NALSA Schemes
- Supporting access to justice for needy people
All duties and remuneration will be governed by the NALSA Scheme for Para Legal Volunteers.
Work Location Preference
Candidates must clearly mention in the application:
