Pay Scale

Selected candidates will receive salary under Pay Band-1:

• ₹12,000/- to ₹52,000/- per month
• Grade Pay: ₹3,900/-
• Plus other allowances as admissible under Assam Government rules.

Educational Qualification

• Candidate must have passed Class VIII from a recognized school.
• ❌ Candidates who have passed HSSLC (Class 12) or above are NOT eligible.
• Applicants must submit a Self-Declaration Certificate stating that they have not passed HSSLC or equivalent or above.

Age Limit (as on 01-01-2026)

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 40 years

Age Relaxation

• SC / ST (P) / ST (H): 5 years
• OBC / MOBC: 3 years
  (As per Govt. Notification No. ABP.6/2016/51 dated 02-09-2010)

Other Eligibility Conditions

• Candidate must be an Indian Citizen.
• Candidate must be registered with Employment Exchange.
• Government employees must apply through proper channel with NOC.
• Suppression of educational qualification will lead to rejection and legal action.

Selection Process

The selection process consists of two stages:

1️⃣ Written Test (50 Marks)

Subjects included:

• English
• General Awareness
• Mathematical Ability
• Aptitude
• Assamese

2️⃣ Viva-Voce (20 Marks)

👉 Final selection will be based on combined performance.
